How do I determine the correct size for me?

All Adult Cozies are one size, but they fit from 5 to 6 feet, and there is alot of room for various weights. We also have X-Large available, check out our sizing chart:

How do I know if an item is in stock?

The words "In Stock" will appear next to the item on the product detail page and you will be able to add the item to your cart, the item has inventory and is ready to be shipped!

What forms of payment does BCozy accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. We do not accept gift cards, personal checks, or cash.

What taxes will I have to pay?

We do not charge sales tax for most of our domestic orders. However, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year. If your order is shipping to a location in the state of California, you will be charged the applicable state sales tax.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes! Just enter your order number and zip code on your My Account page. There you'll be able to check the order status, view your shipping information and track your order.

How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?

After clicking the "Submit" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page that will provide your order number. You will also receive a confirmation message to the email address you provided during the checkout process. You may also receive "Order In Progress" emails alerting you about the status of your order.
